Ten years ago, I discovered pilates, and it completely changed my life. I fell in love! It wasn’t just a workout—it became a way for me to feel strong, connected, and grounded. This incredible experience inspired me to become a teacher so I could share it with others.
Pilates also gave me one of the greatest gifts of my life: it led me to yoga. Yoga became my constant, something I could turn to no matter where I was or what I was going through. From that moment, I knew there was no turning back. Through these two practices, I’ve built beautiful relationships and discovered the joy of being present with others. Sharing these moments and creating space for growth is what I love most about teaching.
I truly believe we are so lucky to have both yoga and pilates in our lives—they each bring something unique and special.
