Movement, voice, dance, and self-expression have been part of my life since childhood. From singing and performing to fitness, Latin dance, and traveling, I have always been passionate about exploring the connection between body, energy, and emotions.
Over the years, yoga has become much more than a physical practice for me. Since then, I have completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India, and an additional 200-hour training with Sadhana Yoga School in Ukraine. I continue to deepen my studies in tantra, yoga philosophy, embodiment, meditation, conscious connection, and trauma-informed practices, integrating these teachings into the way I teach and hold space.
In my classes, I combine yoga, breath, movement, awareness, softness, and sometimes playful energy. Rooted in the philosophy of yoga, I see the practice as a way of cultivating presence, self-awareness, and a kinder relationship with ourselves—both on and off the mat. I care about creating a space where people can relax, feel safe, reconnect with their body, and simply be themselves without pressure to perform or be “perfect.”
For me, practice is not about pushing yourself. It’s about building a kinder relationship with your body, emotions, and inner world—step by step, breath by breath. I teach with openness, intuition, warmth, and genuine attention to each person.
