Giulia is a passionate dancer. Her first Iyengar Yoga class in Firenze was the beginning of a revealing journey. For eight years she has regularly followed the teachings of the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute and often takes part in the classes of David Meloni. This led her to obtain the Iyengar Introductory II Certificate, in Pune in 2019. While studying in Brussels, she frequently assisted in the therapeutic sessions of Willy Bok (senior teacher and physiotherapist). Her keen interest in Yogic Philosophy and practices led her to join a three year course on the Patañjali Yoga Sūtra under the guidance of Shantala Sriramaiah (Veda Belgium).
While living in Berlin she also experienced other dynamic and creative yoga practices. Reto Halme and Anja Kühnel introduced her to Jivamukti yoga and she also holds an Ashtanga-Vinyasa teaching certificate (200h Yoga Alliance).
Beside yoga and dance Giulia has actively explored several different martial arts, such as: Qi-Gong, Kung Fu and more recently she travelled to Kerala to study Kalari Payatt (a traditional South Indian martial art that developed alongside Ayurveda and Yoga)
