It was back in 2013 in Berlin when I first stepped onto the mat—and it felt completely new and magical. In an instant, yoga helped me step out of the busyness of daily life and reconnect with my body and inner world. Since then, it has been my steady anchor and compass, guiding me through teacher trainings in Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra.
My Vinyasa classes are flowing, empowering, and playful, inviting students to enjoy movement, explore their bodies, and grow beyond what they thought possible. My Yin and Nidra classes are soothing and restorative, creating space to gently stretch, release, and recharge from within. Yet, for me, the most complete practice is Yin Yang—the balance between effort and surrender, movement and stillness, and the harmony that lives between strength and softness. I just love it.
