"I travelled the world and the seven seas. Everybody is looking for something."
- Annie Lennox
On my life's path, I have always been in search of the authentic smile and the amazed eyes of others. The reason I love Yoga is that it puts you in touch with your authentic power and the miracle that is life. There is no greater miracle machine, than our human body. I also love to play, because I believe that play is the best tool for learning new skills and possibilities.
I had my first Pranayama training when I was 13, with the Shiks in Amsterdam. From my spiritual master Osho, I learned various meditation techniques in his ashram in Pune, India. Hatha Yoga was part of the curriculum of the theatre school in Utrecht where I graduated in 1990. I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Pure Yoga Taipei 2007 and a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, New York 2009.

I also love to play and to be playful, because I believe playfulness is our strongest means in learning new skills and abilities.
