Rachele likes to define herself as a human being with a big passion for movement. She is a professional dancer and yoga teacher. Yoga became a constant practice in her personal routine since 2018, when she felt the need of taking care of body, mind and soul simultaneously. The practice represents for her not only a way to keep her body strong and flexible, but also a moment to slow down and reconnect with her inner self gaining control over the ‘monkey mind’. After completing a Yoga Teacher Training (200 hr) at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, she understood even more the importance of being compassionate with herself and to stay in the moment, accepting that everything, like the yoga flow, is in constant change.
In her classes she invites you to listen deeply to your body, flowing at the rhythm of your own breath, feeling the pleasure within the effort. While proposing a dynamic and creative flow with space for playfulness, Rachele encourages you to step out from your mind letting your body guide you.
