Omi is Egyptian-Dutch, and Yoga has been a cornerstone of his life for almost 2 decades now – throughout the years he has been developing his practice and learning and integrating other mindfulness techniques and philosophies as an integral part of his daily life and well being. During Corona he had the opportunity to take some time for schooling and now has several certifications under his belt in yoga, connected breathing, reiki and mindfulness based training. He’s not done, and looks forward with curiosity to keep on learning and finding expansion in his intended life-path (Dharma).
He believes all of our answers come from the inside, and that we can cultivate these internal and spiritual practices that help us manage ourselves, our minds, and our lives on and off the mat. He likes to include these traditional themes into his 1:1 work and classes with a wink and authenticity, and allow his diverse clients and students to find space to tap into their inner teachers.
