I am Hilt De Vos and have worked professionally for 23 years as an actress -performer and dancer. During this time, I continued to study pilates and yoga because I discovered how important it is that your body and mind work together.
Pilates is an ideal method to become more aware of how your muscles work. You will strengthen your core and experience more vitality (energy) and a better posture.
Yoga as well as pilates is a way to get more and more connected between mind and body. With yoga, the focus is more on flexibility and experiencing what silence does to you. In both, breathing plays the most important role.
After so many years of teaching, it continues to fascinate me that you can experience your body more and more deeply and what that does to your mind. It is a joy to be able to share this with you. Accessible for everyone What is important for me in teaching is the pleasure and with humour.
