My name is Maryam, and I’m your Pilates instructor. I completed my studies at Polestar School, founded by Joseph Pilates. My focus is on improving your posture and guiding you through exercises with proper breathing to engage all muscles of the body. Our sessions emphasize mind-body concentration. We will begin each class with the correct breathing techniques and meditation, then move on to full-body workouts that enhance mobility, strength, and balance. We will finish with stretching and breathing exercises to ensure a holistic approach to your posture.
