Iryna is a certified Hatha Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher who combines yoga flow with breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation components allowing to release stress, re-energize and improve body strength and flexibility. Iryna was born and grew up in Ukraine and moved to Amsterdam, where she found her new home and discovered her love for yoga. After years of practicing yoga flow, Iryna completed 500 hours Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training , followed by 20 hours of Yin Teacher Training and 8 weeks of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.
This enables Iryna to integrate her knowledge and experience of teaching yoga into every class, finding a good balance between physical, mental and spiritual practice and creating mind-body connection. Coming from corporate international background and having discovered yoga benefits in stress release and relaxation for herself, Iryna loves sharing her passion for yoga in Thrive Yoga studio and in the companies.
