Veronika is a certified vinyasa yoga teacher with a professional dance background. She loves to do pranayama and meditation at the beginning of the class to steady the mind and set the right focus for the asana practice. In her classes she is focusing on the connection between the movement and the breath and encouraging students to find pleasure within the effort. Vinyasa flow is for her a way to gain control over the mind through the control of the breath and body. She always wants to help her students to reach their maximum potential while creating a peaceful atmosphere and mutual connection.
