I offer gentle yoga flows that balance strengthening and relaxing poses, creating a practice that is both energizing and restorative. In my classes, I love telling meaningful stories, sharing insights from yoga philosophy, and providing background information on anatomy to help students deepen their understanding of the practice.
Alongside this, I specialize in pre and postnatal yoga, supporting women from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. My classes are designed to help (expectant and new) mothers build strength, find calm, and connect with their bodies during this transformative time.
