I am a body-mind-soul practitioner, a yoga teacher (Vinyasa, Yin, Sivananda, Hatha), Pilates teacher, and healing masseuse.
Two words are close to my heart: mindfulness and interconnectedness. As a yogi and pilates teacher, professional dancer, acrobat, and martial arts practitioner with over 35 years of experience, I guide adults of all backgrounds in building and maintaining their optimal body-mind condition. In my classes I like to bring my vast experience with a mindful and empowering approach, paying attention to each and every student.
My classes are tailed for both experienced practitioners and people who are just beginning their journey. From the dynamic breath-connected sequences of Vinyasa, to the introspective stillness of Yin, to the core-strengthening focus of Pilates—my goal is to guide you toward a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit.
