Hi all, this is Semih. I’ve been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years and I became a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher in 2020 in Amsterdam. Later, I also followed a combined Yin and Mindfulness program to deepen my knowledge and experience in teaching.
My teaching style blends strength and softness, with a focus on Vinyasa, Yin-Yang, and Yin Yoga. I aim to create a space where students can move mindfully, cultivate body awareness, and turn inwards. I’ve taught both personal and studio classes and I continue to grow through ongoing training. Currently, I’m expanding my practice by training as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction coach which I love implementing features of it in my classes.
