For me, yoga means connecting, being there for yourself and creating space. With that space we are able to see the beauty around us, in others and in yourself. In my classes I use the yoga philosophy to help students reflect and turn their attention inwards and make contact with their head, body and heart so they can do the yoga practice from a place of compassion.
In my vinyasa classes I strive for a creative mix of a dynamic and a quiet flow that creates a fine balance between effort and relaxation.
Sanne has been part of the teaching team at Thrive Yoga Training since 2018. Sanne is broadly oriented and trained, 500hr registered yoga alliance yoga teacher. She has done vinyasa training in Costa Rica with Frog Lotus International and developed her functional yoga knowledge with Anat Geiger and Marcel van de Vis Heil. She also did more in-depth training with Coral Brown (Prana Flow). Yin yoga and mindfulness training with Paul and Suzee Grilley, Skadi van Paaschen & Johan Noorloos, Anat Geiger, Sarah Powers, Bernie Clark and Jo Phee.
